I dream of a day when businesses quit asking “Why should I do Social Networking” and instead ask “How do we do Social Networking?”
What I continue to tell businesses is they need to do Social Networking. It’s not going away, it’s only going to continue to grow. While it’s easiest to start your Social Networking when your business is small or new, it is never too late to begin.
Let’s think about it…if you have a website, whether stand-alone or in addition to a brick-and-mortar store, your customers are online. The chances that your customers are also chatting online are very high. The chances they are chatting on Facebook and/or Twitter are extremely high! Be there to react and reply.
One of the best things we can do to improve our businesses is to listen to our customers. We may not always agree, but we have to listen. And many times we do gain great insights to what they truly like or improvements we can make.
Social Networking is about Passion, Product and People…if you’re passionate about your product, get online & share it with people!
